BONE

Bone is one of the strongest and largest kingdoms that once existed in South Sulawesi. The capital city is Watampone. The remnants and the beauty (splendor) of the kingdom can till be seen.
The graves yard of the kings of the 17 Century B.C. which is located at jalan Bukaka, a road leading to Sengkang regency, is considered quite important to be visited. The type of the cementary are the same type as those of the king of Gowa.

1. Bola Soba

Bola Soba is the house of war comander called petta Punggawa who lived long time ago. The house, at present is still preserved under serious care and control.
Surrounding the house, we are able to see some of old traditions that are still strongly practiced, such as: pencak, massempe, mallanca, ma'pere, serewa, sirau, sulo and other traditional dances

2. Museum of Saoraja Lapawawoi

In this museum, there are a great amount of kingdom remnants that are carefully preserved. Structured and strongly controlled, including the war weapons that were used by Arung Palakka. Some activities are always held in this museum, like: 'Mappasili Arajang' (ceremony that aiming at cleaning the kingdom remnants). And followed by the activity called "Mattoana Arajang" which is usually market by Bissu dance and ritual ceremony in which the people "present such a kind of dishes to holy spirits".
