Day 01 : Makassar - Bugis - Toraja
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport, Makassar, you will be met by your
professional guide and transfer directly to Bira through on beautiful
Makassarese villages. Lunch is going to be served enroute, late in the
afternoon check in at your choice hotel and have dinner.(L/D)
Day 02 : Bira - Sengkang
After having breakfast, leave Bira for visiting traditional boat building
yard (pinisi) which is located on the white sandy beaches then continue
your trip to Sengkang. Lunch will be provided enroute, late in the afternoon
check in at your hotel and then visit silk processing and weaving (home industry)
Tempe Lake where you can see the houses of fishermen art built on the water and
some kinds of birds.(B/L/D).
Day 03 : Sengkang - Toraja Land
After having breakfast, leave Sengkang for Toraja through or Palopo, a long
your trip you are going to enjoy the beautiful Buginese Village. Lunch will
be provided enroute after continue driving up to Toraja highland by winding
road with its cacaos and cloves plantation, stop Puncak (Kattun) for refreshment
afternoon coffee or tea while enjoying what a beautiful scenery down there. Late
afternoon check in at your hotel in Toraja, dinner in the hotel.(B/L/D)
Day 04 : Toraja Land Tour
After having breakfast, explore Lemo (stone graves, Kambira (baby graves),
Tampangallo (Erongs or wooden coffins), Suaya (stone graves of local Kings).
Lunch will be provided at restaurant. Late in the afternoon visiting Londa
(natural caves as graves), Siguntu' (original village is located on a hill).
Late afternoon back to hotel for overnight.(B/L/D)
Day 05 : Toraja Land Tour
Early in the morning have breakfast, leave hotel for visiting Ket'Kesu
traditional village and centre of Torajan carving, behind the village, can be
hanging grave on the rock).Marante (old graves ang effigies on the lime stone).
Nanggala (original village with its rice barns). Lunch is going to be provided at
restaurant, after lunch continue your to Sa'dan the centre of weaving from cotton).
Pallawa (kindred houses with hundreds buffalo horns). Late afternoon, back to your
hotel.(B/L/D)
Day 06 : Toraja Land Tour
After having breakfast, exploring Bori (megalith stone on rante or permanent
field for funeral ceremony). Drive up to Batutumonga to enjoy the fantastic
panorama with thousands of rice terraces. Lunch will be served at the local
restaurant which is situated the windy location. After having lunch, walking
down to Tikala for about three hours passing by Torajanese country sides,
sometimes walking among the bamboo trees. The car waits and picks you up at
Tikala and transfer to the hotel to be at your pleasure time, dinner, and
overnight.(B/L/D)
Day 07 : Toraja - Makassar
Early in the morning, having breakfast drive directly to Hasanuddin airport,
Makassar, stop over at Bambapuang to hear the myth of eroutic mountain from
your guide, after that continue your trip and lunch will be served at restaurant
Pare-Pare. Late afternoon arrive at airport to be boarding pass for next destination
